About this event

Walk, run, jump or skip at this year's Run at Work 5k and 1 mile fun run.

There will be a rolling start beginning at 7:30. Stop by the Extension Office, check in with volunteers and then start your race! Race support will be available until 9 am. So try to get back to the Extension Office by then.

There is also the option of running, walking, or jogging your race on Thursday night. No race support will be provided but we will provide you with a course map.

Please register for this event through Eventbrite and tell us your shirt size. We will have race shirts and medals available to all who register.
